Order Issues
If you encounter an issue with your order (e.g., damaged item, misprint, incorrect size received), please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. You can reach out to us at support@bornlostkings.com with your order details and a photo of the issue.
Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
To qualify for a refund or replacement, the item must meet the following criteria:
The issue is due to a production or printing error, defect, or damage caused in transit.
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Gift cards
Digital or downloadable products
Customized items, unless they have a printing or quality defect
We do not accept returns for issues due to incorrect ordering (e.g., wrong size or color) if it is not caused by a production error on our part.
Returns Process
Contact Support: Send an email to support@bornlostkings.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and any relevant details.
Approval Notification: If your request meets our refund criteria, we will notify you of the next steps.
Replacement or Refund: Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Note: Do not send your item back without receiving confirmation from us, as this may delay the resolution process.
Refunds
Once your return or refund is approved, we will initiate the refund process. The credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered if the product has a verified defect or quality issue. If you need to exchange an item, please follow the instructions outlined above under the Returns Process.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We may request you to reach out to your local carrier for further details. In some cases, we may be able to assist with a replacement at our discretion.
Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
